This studio is on the second floor, with an armchair perfectly located to watch the ocean and enjoy the cooling sea breeze.
The space is air-conditioned, with a well-equipped kitchen including a full-size fridge/freezer and in-unit washer/dryer to maximize convenience and enable long stays.
For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine and plunger are available with coffee to get you started. If culinary inspiration strikes, you’ll find all you need, including super knives and cookware.

Convenience

For loadshedding, emergency lighting is available with an EcoFlow back-up system powering Wi-Fi and TV. Superfast internet is always available.

Guest access

Guests will have pedestrian access to the building via Kloof Street. The building is secured with biometric security, and the apartment is secured with an electronic smart lock.

To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a passport-style picture of your face. This is purely to enable access to the building for you via the building’s facial recognition system.
