Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay as well as the gym and pool areas. We are equipped for self-check-in, but will also gladly meet you for check-in.

Kindly note that we do not accept third-party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.

To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a passport-style picture of your face. You will also be required to present your ID or passport at the front desk when checking in. Please contact us for details on our data protection and privacy approach and how we keep your information safe.

For stays of 5+ days, we will be asking to change out your linen and towels every 3-4 days. We will schedule this with you at a time that is convenient.

Children under 6 are not allowed in this unit due to the balconies, which may pose safety risks to young children climbing on the railings.

We don’t allow parties at this unit.

Some residents in the building keep pets, however, they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
