Guest access

Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay as well as the pool area. We are equipped for self check in, but will also gladly meet you for check in.

Please note, we will request identity information ahead of your stay in order to set up your access with security. You will need to provide your ID or Passport to the front desk when checking in.

Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.

To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a passport-style picture of your face. Contact us at any time for recommendations on places to eat, shop or relax. We are locals with a passion for Cape Town’s many attractions, including culinary destinations, hikes, and places of historical significance. We will be available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay.

Some residents in the building may keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.

For longer stays, we will be asking to change out your linen and towels once a week. We will schedule this with you for a time that is convenient and seamless!

We don’t allow parties at this unit, and no children under 6 (balconies are a risk to young children).
