Step outisde to incredible restaurants or the CTICC, or hop into an Uber for a 5-10 min ride to majot attractions like the Waterfront and Table Mountain.

AMENITY
The unit is equipped with A/C and Smeg fridge/freezer, in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to maximize convenience. For coffee lovers, find a Nespresso machine and plunger with some stock to get you started. If culinary inspiration strikes, you’ll find all you need, including Victorinox knives and super cookware.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay as well as the gym and pool areas. We are equipped for self check in, but will also gladly meet you for check in.

Please note, we will request identity information ahead of your stay in order to set up your access with security. You will need to provide your ID or Passport to the front desk when checking in.

Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.

To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a passport-style picture of your face. You will also be required to present your ID or passport at the front desk when checking in. Some residents in the building keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.

For longer stays, we will be asking to change out your linen and towels weekly. We will schedule this with you for a time that is convenient and seamless!

We don’t allow parties at this unit, and no children under 6 (balconies are a risk to young children).
